What's the deal with the leaderboards?

    There's a guy there with a 4.5 million score on Going Rogue + Permadeath and he has no achievements except getting killed by an Arch Diggle. The next closest scores are barely over 1 million.

    maybe he played offline a lot, steam doesn't cache achievements
