Does he show up in Diggle Hell as its resident boss? Wanting to know just before I fire up Wizardlands for the first time.
He is a boss in Diggle Hell, he won't necessarily be there, but will the majority of the time (I believe it might be possible that he actually shows up multiple times). I know I once saw him three times in one hell before the expansion went live and I'm not sure if it got fixed.
