Vampires can't benefit from Socialist Healthcare?

As title. Last I checked, Vampires could benefit from basically any healing in the game, but my current Communist Vampire isn't getting anything from Socialist Healthcare. Why?

Last time I played Communist, there was a bug where sometimes the Socialist Healthcare would randomly not take hold. Felt like 1 time in 3 the timer would set as expected, but my health wouldn't change, and there was never any obvious explanation. This was right after Wizardlands came out. I think I read somewhere that this got fixed in the first post-release patch... but I could be mistaken. I'm sure there was a thread for it around here somewhere.

You might try activating it 4 or 5 times and watching your health very closely to see if perhaps it's still randomly unreliable (for any character).

Maybe they forgot the 'unresistable' on the dot?

Health Regen doesn't work on Vampires(unless it's a vampire Blood Sucking attack). Even with Capped Health Regen you will never gain health as a Vampire unless you either Attack Monsters, Quaff Potions or Eat Fairywodger.

Edit: Healing Spells, such as the Cure and Healing Crystals might still work. Idk but maybe the Socialish Healthcare increases your health by increasing your Health Regen stat as opposed to actually Regenning Health itself.

No, socialist Healthcare does in fact provide a 2HP/turn DoT. It apparently just randomly fails sometimes.

Well, it's "socialist" healthcare. I wouldn't expect it to be reliable.
