Mostly, at this point, we're talking armor, but I have a feeling this could get bigger. Please go read the thread linked above, and let's start talking about: What flavor-based categories we can break armor up into How to mechanically make each of those categories interesting and distinct How to mechanically separate 'rogue armor' from 'wizard armor' (and possibly even 'gish armor').
