Show correct number of stars for Level 11-15 items

    RoTDG items have a problem in the fact that they don't correctly display the items' levels. All items above level 10 are incorrectly displayed as level 10 items. In an ideal world this would be corrected.

    Brief answer: UI redesign would be required, so that probably won't happen for now.
