It would be really nice if the room with runes and a level that spawns various vending machines could also spawn a bookcase. Scrutiny, pillar, growth is currently unassigned and could slot into this easily.
While YHTNTEP has increased the # of rooms with bookcases a lot, this still sounds like a good idea. The room of requirement idea is one that seems ripe for expansion.
