Rooms with no exit, bug or feature?

    I just encountered this on floor 6. As far as I can tell there's no destructable walls I'm missing. ???

    It looks like it might be the swarmy swarm room on the inaccessible side? In which case you're supposed to be able to pull a lever to remove the wall, except the stairs spawned on the wrong side...
