I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if some info is simply missing from Dredmorpedia about them. They are listed as "other" which means that I should be getting SOME heals off of them as a vampire (I know they should be reduced by about 0.4 of what I would get from an animal) But I'm getting nothing. I have a health regen of between 24 to 38 or so depending on procs, but I'm getting absolutely nothing.
I think could possibly be scaling to damage inflicted, that is, after has been taken into account. Nether Cubes sound like they have a high , which could explain why you're not healing off of them. EDIT: this is complete speculation, though. I might be completely talking out of my ass!
Here's what the wiki says (which is similar to what Dredmorpedia says) The problem with what you are saying is that it still should be healing 2 health if it procs, and it procs 100% of the time.
