Max Dodge woes...

    I tried out this build using Fungal Arts instead of Killer Vegan. At DL 8 with 88 dodge. Parachute Pants would be a great find but none have shown themselves to me. Fell Truffles, Bleedy Blungecaps and wodgers and princes make zoo's fun. Considering how little I move during zoo's demonology would have been a fun skill to have.

    Sporting the Fedora with Righteous damage and a Poncho...

    Yeah - Arch would make the cut for this build even without the Fedora, but it totally adds a great source of dodge on its own!

    Is block checked last? After Dodge/Counter-Attack?

    I believe that is the case, yes. When playing my 120+ block character, I would occasionally counter or dodge.
