I notice every death states "the adventurer" would it be planned to have different titles as you level up? If not I would like the idea of having a different title on the death by the name as you level up, or perhaps it could be skill associated so vampyrism is the undead, strong magic level ups give arch mage, different things like he explorer, etc etc, and in the early levels it could start out with some funny pitiful titles like * the diggle bait or * dredmors plaything Im sure people can think of some really fun titles too and circumstances to earn them for your gravestone.
It's a feature that got broken somewhere along the way. Used to work way back when though. It'll be fixed at some point.
