"Ingeniously Scythed" bolts

    Can these only be found as loot (as in not craftable)?

    They're totally craftable, but you have to have a Tinkering skill of 6+ to do it.

    Okay, I get it. Thanks.

    The confusing part was that improved bolts don't appear in the crafting menu, but are instead a natural result of crafting at a high level of skill. Had I actually used tinkering more often, I might have noticed that before...
