Glad someone caught that!
So you were gonna post them change notes after lunch.
If you have a second, change log might help us test things that were recently changed.
Of course maybe you have taken a lot of damage and are searching the dungeon for foods to heal you.
/Have a Diggle Egg!
They are at the top of the post, 1.1.4 RC2.
My bad. Flag me stupid for not checking there first.
So far the patch has been pretty solid. Wish I could play it more.
Do you get play stats from steam to see how much play time is put on each release candidate?
No, we don't get any stats, so I just sort of go by Gut Feeling.
Patch is slightly delayed, again, due to the addition of a New Exciting Feature that will be a surprise.
Oh you better not be toying with us! The conversion support was/is already totally above and beyond what most of us expected.
What could it be? Clockwork empires tie in? Another secret announcement hidden in chalk grafitti?
I looked back the previous posts the best I could, but I didn't find a mention of this particular bug/glitch here, so I'll share it with you all. Occasionally, when I do inventory management, I stumble into a "ghost slot" at the right side of the inventory window. I managed to record it in a video I did today. Apparently, items I put into this slot remain there after I close the inventory, although I'm not sure whether saving and reloading the game makes it disappear or not.
I've seen this bug before, I tried accessing this "ghost slot" in various games, but it doesn't always seem to be there. Is this a known bug?
A very well-known bug.
It is the first slot of the next row, and you are simply accessing it through some sort of teleportation voodoo.
I have never seen that glitch before. It mus surely be with the resolution. The amount it is stretched horizontally would drive me crazy for playing for more than a few minutes.
I don't think it is. I could be wrong, but it has been explained in the past.
Technically, it only seems like it's a new slot. If you use it, then you can't use the first slot of the next row.
Pretty much. Because it's essentially the same slot.
Yeah, I see what you mean. Looking at the footage again, it makes sense, and it also explains why it's sometimes there and sometimes not. Cheers!
Any word on when we'll see the release of this patch? I'm extremely excited for this New Exciting Feature!
The new exciting feature is waiting for Valve to enable it.
Incidentally, if somebody would like to test save compatibility for me with fresh 1.1.2 savegames, that would be lovely and I would really sleep better at night.
Not that I'm paranoid or anything...
Hi, I was using the beta version and now it seems the full patch does not install... should I opt out of beta? Also beta was numbered 1.1.4 and the full patch is 1.1.3?
Separate names with a comma.
