There is no way to cancel a "Place Landmine" order, before the tech is researched. You can not cancel the work order from the Assignments Screen You can not cancel the work order from the Zones and Construction screen I do not want the Place Landmine Placed. Not on a Plate, not with a Spade*. *Clearly its getting late and I should Get Some Sleep on my Aristocratic Bed.
