1.0 C Scrollbar/Displaymenu of Laboratory and Foreign office wrong

    If you open the menu of the laboratory or foreign office the display shows the lower part of the menu (or maybe the currently selected tree) while the scrollbar shows the selection to be at the top.
    In the foreign office the display shows the bottom (requblique) of the menu choices.
    This should be consistent with the other menus which show the top of the workplace modules
