    For housing it does kind of matter...peanut gallery was giving his "plebs" better beds, etc and they were getting unhappy...the overseers must have their middle class things or they become unhappy...in a middle class home...he does deck the homes out...that makes them happy...I am not sure if that what was what you were asking. I haven't made it that far yet, I am finicky and like to re-start...lol. He has it down to practically a science. :)

    The actual building doesn't matter, just the 1. Quality and 2. Type of Bed.

    The houses are cheaper per square tile to build though, so~

    Right, which is why I don't bother with middle or high class housing. I use the barracks because overall it's cheaper since it's a building that I'd have to build anyway.
