Altar of Krong

    Can you get an artifact to be powered up? Or does it only work on basic items?
    I tried putting an artifact on the altar, and it got ruined. Haven't tried again.
    Is it possible to re-enchant an artifact?

    I think I've had some artifacts improved, but it tends to ruin them.

    Artifacts are so far the only thing it's ruined for me, but I've gotten bonuses on artifacts more than once already.
