    Umm. I'm stupid and not awake. What skills do you actually need to pick to ensure you don't have any starting skills?

    Same thing happens under Win7 64-bit, as I just posted before I realized it was the same bug. My post contains dumps, however, which might be of use, assuming the bug hasn't actually been fixed in the last 10 days. :)
