Implemented Forum BBCode Editor

    Could you please make a button on the BBCode toolbar for the [ spoiler ] tag?

    I guessed at what made sense, but it would be nice to either have a link for "More BBCode Tags" or additional buttons for more functionality.

    Added.

    The icon will appear on the second row after the quote BBCode button.

    Selecting text and hitting the button will wrap the current text in the spoiler with no hint text.

    Clicking the button with no text selected will add the structure of the tag with hint text.
