Craft window not registering some materials

DoD 1.0.11 (Desura) with both RotDG and YHTNTEP. No mods.

I'm trying to craft a Clockwork Rail Launcher, but the crafting UI isn't registering the some of the components.

My game doesn't seem to register the "Aetheric Power Cylinder", "Self-sealing Stem Bolt", and "Slotted Bronze Discs" for any recipes that require them even when they are clearly in my inventory.

Reloading the save and using the "have materials" filter do not help.

Any suggestions for a quick fix?

 

I'll bump this because i have the same problem, with the self-sealing stem bolt anyways. I haven't tried any of the others.

 

I have the exact same thing, same 3 materials, same 2 expansions

 

For clarification purposes, this is still happening in 1.1.2 in the Desura build? Or is it platform-independent?

 

I have XP and steam

 

It's happening to me, too. Linux 64, Desura, all 3 expansions, version 1.12
Save file is attached.

Edit: Ok I put the save on a stick and tried my brother's win7 install (in the other aspects it's identical to mine) and it works there. So it doesn't seem to be specifically savegame-related.
