I started noticing this on level 6, just after I'd gotten the Crown of Yellow as a quest-boss loot drop. I don't think it was happening before, but it now happens even with it off. Anyway, I'm occasionally (as in "regularly, but not every time") getting the Voltaic damage proc crackle and visual effect when making melee attacks, even though I don't have anything that does Voltaic damage equipped. I'm not sure what's going on here. The image shows one of the attacks what done it; I cropped in one line of the log to show the entire list of damage (as the proc finishes before the log scrolls).
