The GLG approach to this seems to be never to have one-tile high walls. So that would be the bug here.
Reworking the way wall traps spawn though WOULD be a good idea, as they currently spawn on destructible walls. It'll also remove headaches to modders not to have to worry about arrow traps aggressing brax or spawning on half walls like here.
