The entire dual-wield skill tree is broken.

    As far as I can tell, all parts of this skill tree are broken.

    - Offensive Maneuvering does not give a passive +2 to counter chance
    - Ambidextrous Defense does not raise counter chance OR block chance.
    - Not Drizzt actually REDUCES your counter chance by 5.

    There are indeed some issues with dual wielding. We hope to have fixes in for this by the next patch. Thanks for the information!
