I have discovered a bit of an oddity. Namely a combination of both the additional warnings on quitting and the fact that saves only get deleted at death. If you have saved before then the save doesnt seem to be deleted so its kinda hilarious to have these "YOU WILL DIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!" warnings when nothing actually happens. I assume someone forgot to add save deleting to quitting?
