Tesla Arrow

    1.0.3, tesla arrow has 2 arrow-flying-animations (1 click once, arrow flies twice)

    It did this before 1.0.3, too. Something is weird with how it works. You'll also note that the tooltip text doesn't have any electric damage. It seems that rather than how most arrows work, it hits and then triggers a separate, special effect.

    Correct, it triggers a spell effect upon hit.

    ... no idea about the double arrow flying, I'll have a look at it.
