Since the patch, I've been unable to run Dredmor. I've tried both the desktop icon and the Steam "play" in the library, no dice. Anyone else having this issue? As I said, it's only started since the patch. I was playing yesterday, the patch went live, tried to play last night and this morning and it's still not working. EDIT (9:22) I went into the Library, "right-clicked" Dredmor on the left hand side, and asked Steam to validate my files. One came up bad, and now it works. Hope this helps others.
