Skill bar hotkey

I'd really like a hotkey to swap between the three skill bars. Full caster builds fill up the bars fast, and those arrow buttons are really tiny (and don't enlarge with an enlarged UI). For a game with colorblind/magnification mode, teeny buttons in one case seems like an odd design choice.

I agree. The tiny buttons really strain my eyes and disrupt the "flow" of the game.

Please make skill belt more seamless for game playing.
