Select All and Select None options on mod loader

    I would like the option to quickly clear all selected mods on the mod loader and also the ability to quickly select all mods. The ability to save and later reload a particular combination of mods would also be nice.

    While you're at it, we could also use the ability to skip directly to the beginning or end of the list.
