re-Prioritize tooltip item/enemy stacks

    When there is an item on the same square as an enemy (for example, a bolt you just shot), the item always takes precedence over the enemy. It is a bit of an inconvenience if you're trying to see if something like a buff that doesn't have an animation properly went through/wasn't resisted or blocked, or if you want to see if the enemy has any buffs of their own.

    I think the order should be reversed, since combat usually takes priority over looting. Or it could be redone so that the tooltip merges the items in:

    [monster name]
    [flavor text]
    [monster's buffs/debuffs]
    [items on the ground]
