Can someone please please please explain to me why I cant craft steel ingots, the egg based stuff and the cheese sandwich with my ingot press? Im not even seeing the recipes in the menu... The ingots are not under the anvil either. Thanks in advance
The entries in the recipes XML file were moved around in the update. This may have caused old save files to no longer 'register' certain recipes. You could try editing your craftDB.xml to move important recipes (e.g. the steel ingot one) to the top / bottom and see if they appear in the game. Otherwise I'd wait for the patch the devs have mentioned, or just start a new character.
Thanks very much man for the explanation. Pretty sure this char stated after the patch but what you have said makes sence. I'll wait for the patch as I am utterly useless at tinkering with game files!
