Poking through the rooms.xml, I found this line of code. <loot type="mushroom" x="1" y="4" /> It's supposed to generate a mushroom in the room with the graves of Stark and Daynab. I've been in such a room probably dozens of times, and often found the twin swords of Daynab. Never, not even once, has there been a mushroom near the grave of Stark. The coordinates are valid, the indicated space is marked with a ".", but that code line doesn't generate a mushroom. Which is a shame, not just because of that one broken room description, but also because I had plans to spawn mushroom forests in my mod. Not sure if this is system-related or a general issue with all versions of the game. I'm on Mac OSX 10.6.8 should it matter.
