Windows Vista/7 64-bit Looping death animation

    If a lever that results in a teleportation (the first dungeon level contains some of these separated my moats) is pulled on the same turn as a monster deals a blow that kills you the character will play the death animation once then teleport, it then continues to loop the death animation.
    Not really game breaking, since it doesn't stop the 'you have died' message and still allows you to return to the title screen.
    This happened on the steam version of DOD, I don't think anything else I did would have resulted in this although I was using the meatshield.
