Workers don't appear to like flattening terrain or dealing with sudden drops - some issues path finding with different terrain heights - small flatten earth, large flatten earth, sometimes they just won't touch em. Not included in this save but on a couple of occasions they've managed to build up banks of earth and starve to death.
