.... but I would hope that we might see the barracks upgrade at the same time we get the more creative bandits.
Based on Nicholas' post in the dilemma of releases thread, I am fairly confident that we will not see the two at the same time. But we junior bureaucrats are resourceful and will overcome this challenge.
