I was playing on 2x/4x speed, and when i was fighting multiple monsters who i was immune to 3 of. I suddenly lost 20health is one second and died. I had no idea how this happen because at max i would of taken only 4 damage per turn, then I thought maybe its because i was playing on a faster speed.
Not seeing the combat text, I can't say for sure, but it's possible you were both countered and multi-critted on the same turn.
