Governor traits

  1. Are they planned? It would be nice to be able to have more optimization/choices for playstyles/builds.
    example traits: increased prestige from completing objectives, reduced military effectiveness, reduced relationship with Stahlmarkians etc...

    I like where you are going, except do you think it would be better to have a governor type person (actual character not 'us' players)?

    I can see room for a randomly traited upper class mayor of some sort giving out proclamations that create interesting situations. But I don't see the point of player chosen traits if they effectively reduce the challenge as you get better as the game.
  4. Aristocrats issuing outrageous demands such as a very large house full of expensive items in exchange for favours from a high up official in the government might work.
