Title says it all character will raise hand to attempt action and the game freezes the music will still run but the rest of the game is frozen I attempted multiple times with different start skills. Same result.
This is... really weird. Are you on Steam? if so, right click your game in the library, properties, verify game file integrity. I wonder if it's something with your game files that is corrupted.
