I'm pretty sure I'm right about this: when there are foreign tropps passing near the colony there are no alerts out at the side of the screen, resulting in a surprise attack (that is well documented in the history, though...). This really annoise me, sicne there are tons of alerts between fishpeople and traders, but not for this, that is equally, if not even more dangerouse than a fishpeople group!
