(Fine) Bronze Greaves should be 'legs'

    yes but wearing those greaves would be far more prohibitive to wearing much of ANY sort of footwear save for sandals than it would be to wearing breeches. look at suneate and haidate

    in theory you could get some pants on UNDER the greaves but I think you would have a difficult time getting boots OVER them

    Greaves still technically go on the legs, though, not on the feet. There's also a lot of leather boots in the game which could theoretically be worn over the greaves. But, you have to remember that the game does include cutoffs as leg armour (despite barely touching the legs), so I think it's well within the style/logic Gaslamp use for DoD.

    That said, the main reason I asked for the change was that smithing had no legs at all and the legs that are available early in the game are aimed more at rogue builds than warrior ones.
