Linux 32-bit CTD with communism skills

    When using the Socialised Healthcare or the Dialectical Materialism skills the game sometimes crashes.
    I guess it has something to do with the random communism debuffs applied.

    This is the message it prints out:

    I think I know what's the problem both the Communist Random Effect and Communist Debuff Effect has Self-criticism while the name of the spell is Self-Criticism.
    I'm going to test this.
