Any one know to fix this? I can't seem to find what mod it is, and it been happening for some other things too, so I'm wondering if there is a way other than deleting the mod with the problem entirely.
You can ask the modder who created it to fix it, or you can just copy and rename some other icon to make a placeholder. Either way, if you don't know which mod is at fault, just test all newly-installed ones.
