Multiple occasions. One time I had a crafted Acidic Rhizome Trap in my inventory, found another on the floor and disabled it/picked it up. The icon for that stack (showed only 1 though) of traps in my inventory is then unclickable with no tooltip text either. I was able to drag and drop the trap from my inventory to the ground and that caused the trap to completely disappear, not on floor or inventory. Also just dropped a different trap on the ground that I had previously disabled and then went to pick it up again and it has disappeared (not in toolbar either). This is vanilla, no mods, steam version.
I haven't run across the unclickable bug again (haven't played in awhile), but the last three traps I disarmed are not showing up in my inventory. Attached is the autosave.
