Blood Mage and Promethean Magic

    I'm noticing that the Blood Mage mana regen doesn't go off if something dies to the ticking fire damage from Dragon's Breath. Is this intentional? I'm losing out on a lot of mana unintentionally as most of the time the ticking fire damage finishes off the monsters.

    I'm noticing the same thing, and I don't think it's intended, since when my pets kill things I get the regen.

    Well, to be fair... Promethean's AoE spells already abuse Blood Magic to the max.
