1.0.6 Zero Stat on Item

    That zero mana regeneration shows up unnecessarily.
    I got it that way from a quest.

    The base item it came from has a penalty to magic power, which was counteracted by the artifact bonus. It's arguable that having no impact on magic power is special for this item and therefore should be noted. Though I agree it looks a bit odd.

    In that case, it is actually practical that it shows up as zero.
