Possible to respec or edit skills?

Hi.

I'm going well somewhat well in this playthrough... However food is too scarce and healing too slow.

So I want to know if its possible to edit my character/savegame so that I can swap one of my combat skills that isnt very helpful into one of the magic skills that has a healing spell.

Could dev please add a respec item... Or simply tell us where we ought to look in the character files to make some edits.

There already is a respec ability in the game. First you hit the "Save & Quit Button" and then you select the "New Game" button. If you think this response is snarky, then please consider that the very nature of a roguelike game involves constantly creating characters with new skills.

 

Also, all the save games are encoded. It's unlikely we'll be able to easily edit them ourselves.
