Can't go down stairs

Now for whatever reason I can't go down stairs, it freezes like it's loading the next level and then it just has me standing on the stairs. I had just gone through a wizardland. What the heck is going on?

 

I just ran into this with trying to go up stairs to a previous level.

 

Seriously I hope these guys fix these bugs because I'm sadface at not being able to complete content

Are the hotfixes comprehensive with previous hotfixes or does each just address and individual problem?

 

Hi, I applied hotfix test 9. When I tried to go down stairs the game crashed. Autosave was then eaten/missing. Now the last and current save doesn't load.

No change. When I try to load it drops back to the main menu screen for a couple seconds and then the game crashes. Thanks for trying though.

edit: Actually, the entire game crashing does not seem repeatable. The normal behavior seems to be that it just doesnt load the save and instead returns me to the main menu
