As a fellow lowly user, I think the details I saw were "It rocks" and "woo." Someone asked about the skills in the Gaslamp IRC. Daynab and one of the Alpha testers responded. The impression I got was that it is a rock n' roll themed skill.
I would think more items along the line of the "Axekytar" are distinctly possible. Since skills can reward recipes at level up now, why not?

I think it'd be cool if Gaslamp added items that referenced frequently appearing forum goers. I know Bergstrom has a hat in the game, but I'd so laugh my ass off if a pair of trousers had text that said "These pants give you thighs that only Althea would be jealous of" (referencing the artwork I'm using as my avatar) or something to that effect. I don't know if it'll happen, although I'll be honest and admit that if it did happen and I found a reference to myself I'd run around squealing for an hour and a half, but I think it'd be fun if Gaslamp or a modder did it.
